Hey peeps!! :D jus did my 2.4pm Nafa running today~~ shiok!! Didn't expect my results to be like tt! I'm gg to post my results ~~


2.4Km : 14.30mins [A]
Standing BoardJump : 190cm [A]
Pull-Up : 20 [A]
Sit-Up : 34 [A]
Shuttle Run : I tink 11secs [A]
Sit and Reach : I tink 49cm [A]


hahas!! I gt all A!! Can't believe it!! Knowing Alene and jolyn has its advantage!! After knowing them, I realized my sports became alot better! Muahahaha.. I'm evil~~ LOLS! Hmmm.. I think I'll stop here ba~~ continue watching my 10pm show!! :D:D
